Make sure email alerts work after upgrade to Cloud Control

After an upgrade of Cloud control from to we noticed that email alerts stopped coming through for ex – database instance down etc.

To restart email alerts.

Launch Cloud control.

Click on Setup – Incidents – Incident Rules

You will see NO under the Email me column for both rules….

Expand list under each rule name – choose all of them – click on Actions and then Email – Subscribe Me.

The Email Me will change to ‘Atleast One rule’ –

All good and alerts will appear from now on.
